I came to massage from a career in customer service after a series of life events led me to my true calling - a career helping people feel good and making a difference. I graduated from Oregon School of Massage which included specialized training in Pregnancy Massage.

My approach to massage is as unique as each client I serve. I enjoy drawing from my "toolbox" of techniques and modalities to customize each session.  I describe my specialties as "therapeutic relaxation" and "non-invasive deep tissue". 

In 2023, I became certified as a MELT Hand and Foot Instructor which enables me to give clients a tangible way to extend the benefits of their massage sessions through self care at home.

When not helping people feel better, one hour at a time, I enjoy spending time with family and playing in my garden.
